Voting members are such persons, firms or corporations engaged in the manufacture in Australia of vehicle tyres, rims or wheels, or of bases for solid tyres or valves.

Associate members are such persons, firms, corporations, organisations or government bodies not qualified for admission as voting members and engaged in the manufacture of accessories to, or the sales, service or administration of vehicle tyres, rims or wheels or bases for solid wheels or valves.

Foreign members are such persons, firms or corporations not qualified for admission as voting members and engaged outside Australia in the manufacture of vehicle tyres, rims or wheels, or of bases for solid tyres or valves.
